• If you prefer not to use our on-line ordering facilities, we also accept orders by 'phone, fax or snail-mail. Office hours are 9am to 5pm Eastern Time.
• We have just set up our unique Comics by Computer. A computer link to our extensive database for immediate in-stock answers.
• We can accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Access and check/money order.
• We issue refunds, not credit slips, for sold-out items.
• Alternative choices are appreciated (applies to phone and fax orders only), and will only ever be provided if your first choices are out of stock.
• We will reserve items for up to 10 business days.

Postage and Handling Rates

To add shipping charges to your order click on Add to Cart button below the correct postage. We are always looking for ways to improve our service. Please help us by letting us know how quickly and safely packages are arriving. All suggestions and responses are appreciated.

Within the USA -

• SPECIAL $5.00 FLAT FEE for UNLIMITED number of purchases. Add the designated $5.00 shipping to your first purchase, and combine with 5,10,20,30 more items for NO EXTRA shipping charges. Excludes collections, posters, inventories, and lots consisting of 70 books/magazines or more - for lots & collections, see applicable shipping terms below.
• Priority Mail $5.00 is for up to ten comics.
• $4.00 per order for US Mail ($5.00 for UPS), plus 5c per comic and 10c per trade paperback.
• C.O.D. is available (must be M.O.) via UPS only: add $5.00 to normal UPS rates
• Warehouse pick-ups by appointment only (no shipping for pick ups, obviously).

Outside the USA -

Global Priority is only available to the countries listed below; the charge is a flat fee, provided the books fit in a 9½ x 12½ postal envelope. The envelope safely fits about 10 regular size and thickness comics. Global Priority costs the same whether the envelope contains 1 comic or 10, and delivery is usually in 5 days.

Western Hemisphere and Europe -

• Surface mail takes 25-40 days, and costs $5.00 plus 12.5c per comic, 25c per magazine, 35c per book, calendar or portfolio.
• First Class mail takes 5-10 days and costs $7.00 plus 60c per comic, $1.00 per magazine, $1.50 per book, calendar or portfolio.
• Global Priority takes 5-10 days and costs a flat rate of $9.00 for 1-10 comics. It is available to Austria, Belgium, Brazil, (Rio, Sao Paulo only), Canada, Chile (Santiago and Valparaiso only), Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Iceland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. Global Priority is unfortunately not yet available to Greece and Italy.

Pacific Rim, Japan, Australia, Africa and Asia -

• Surface mail takes 35-60 days and costs $5.00 plus 15c per comic, 30c per magazine, 45c per book, calendar or portfolio.
• First Class mail takes 5-10 days and costs $7.00 plus 75c per comic, $1.25 per magazine, $2.50 per book, calendar or portfolio.
• Global Priority takes 5-10 days and costs $11.00 for 1-10 comics. It is available to Australia, China (Beijing and Shang Hai only), Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

All on-line transactions will have shipping charges added to them at these rates. Please feel free to call or fax us if you would like us to calculate the shipping on your order.
